Kiran is a seasoned instructor with over eight years of experience in various movement disciplines. Her teaching journey began with a love for yoga, which evolved into leading fiery fitness classes such as strength & conditioning, HIIT, fusion Pilates, and indoor cycling.
Kiran strives to cultivate a safe and inclusive space for all abilities and bodies, ensuring that students leave feeling supported and empowered through a deeper connection to mind, body, and soul. At All Fit, her classes offer a great opportunity to enjoy movement and work up a great sweat!
Mark joined a track club at the age of 11 and instantly fell in love with running. Twenty years later, he was still racing when he decided to try his first yoga class.
He found many similarities between the two—mindfulness and concentration needed to perform at one’s best, the principles of Sthira and Sukha, balancing effort and ease both on and off the mat, and the connection between movement and breath. Over time, yoga and running became one and the same for him. Yoga is his running.
Viktoria is a wellness professional with a deep passion for health and fitness, cultivated from a young age. Originally from Russia, she pursued her business degree in Canada but ultimately chose to follow her true calling in wellness. Viktoria is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Spin Motivator, Holistic Nutritionist, 200 RYT, meditation and mindfulness coach, Soundhealing, and Breathwork Facilitator.
She believes in the power of community and connection, emphasizing that regardless of individual goals, everyone at AllFit is part of a supportive, like-minded family.

Silvana's goal is to encourage every participant to push themselves in each class while also allowing them to completely disconnect and flow through those 45 minutes. In her classes, the music is always changing, providing an energizing and immersive experience. She believes each class should be treated as a unique opportunity to discover new strengths. If something is going to be intimidating, let it be staying in the same place. She challenges everyone to dare, push their limits, and keep going until they’re proud!
Liia has been bringing high-energy, music-driven workouts to the studio for over a decade, leading dynamic Spin, Barre, aerobics, and strength fusion classes. Her upbeat teaching style, fueled by Top 40 beats, creates an energizing and inclusive atmosphere where community and fun take center stage.
An avid runner, she can often be found running along the scenic seawall. A dancer at heart, she believes movement in all forms is essential to wellness—whether it’s lifting weights, running, or simply dancing in your kitchen.
